1. Overview

We understand that circumstances change and that you may need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Voguetales will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided it is submitted before your order enters the fulfillment and dispatch process.

  1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within a limited window after it has been placed. Because we process orders quickly — with handling times of 1 to 2 business days — cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

To request a cancellation, email support@voguetales.shop with the subject line “Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” as soon as possible. Include your full name and order number. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  1. Order Modifications

If you need to change any details on your order — such as the shipping address, size, color, or quantity — please contact us immediately at support@voguetales.shop. Changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.

The following modifications may be accommodated prior to dispatch:

  • Shipping address correction
  • Size or color change (subject to inventory availability)
  • Quantity adjustment
  • Removal of an item from a multi-item order

Once an order has been marked as dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, no modifications can be made. In such cases, you are welcome to initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Orders Placed After Cutoff

Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will not begin processing until the next business day. This provides a slightly extended window for cancellation or modification requests submitted promptly after the order is placed outside of business hours.

  1. Duplicate Orders

If you believe you have accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at support@voguetales.shop. We will do our best to cancel one of the duplicate orders before dispatch and issue a refund accordingly.
