Voguetales respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.

- Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, your written communication must include all of the following elements as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material — A description of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request to be removed or disabled, including the specific URL(s) on our website where the material is located.
- Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be processed. Voguetales is not obligated to act on notices that do not meet these statutory requirements.

- Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district of Mississippi
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will process it in accordance with the DMCA and notify the original complainant accordingly.
- Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Voguetales maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
- Limitation of Liability
Voguetales acts in good faith in responding to DMCA notices and counter-notifications. We do not assume any legal liability for actions taken in reliance on claimed DMCA notices that are later found to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith. Any party who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
