  • All original tags and labels remain intact and attached
  • Item is free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Item is returned in its original packaging where possible

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been visibly worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Intimate wear or items excluded for hygiene reasons as indicated on the product page

Voguetales does not charge any restocking fees, return processing fees, or handling fees. The only cost associated with a return is the return shipping cost, which is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error (such as a wrong item sent or a defective product).

In cases where Voguetales is at fault — including incorrect items shipped or items arriving damaged or defective — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Voguetales does not charge any fees in connection with the refund process. The full item value will be refunded, excluding the original shipping charge of $6.99 unless the return is due to our error.

At this time, Voguetales does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately on our website. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees the availability of your desired item.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@voguetales.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your case and arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
